Data Masker for SQL Server
Hardware and Software System Requirements
The Data Masker for SQL Server data scrambling software is entirely based on a client PC - there are NO binaries to install on the server. The PC system requirements of the Data Masker for SQL Server software are minimal. Most reasonably new Pentium PC's will be sufficient.
- Windows 2000/Windows 2003 Server/XP/Vista/Windows 7/Windows 2008 Server/Windows 8 (including 64 bit versions)
- Pentium 1GHz (or faster)
- 1024x768 screen resolution
- 500Mb RAM
- 25Mb disk space
- Microsoft .NET v3.5 Framework
- Connections to the target SQL Server database are made via Microsoft standard ADO technologies.
The Data Masker software supports SQL Server database versions 2000, 2005, 2008 and 2012 on all server side operating systems (including 64 bit windows). Versions of the Data Masker software which support SQL Server version 7 databases are also available. Please email us for details.
